About Us

The Embassy of Nepal in Madrid, Spain, was officially established on February 20, 2017, following the Government of Nepal"s decision to open a residential embassy in Spain. Nepal and Spain established diplomatic relations on May 13, 1968. His Excellency Mr. Bharat Bahadur Rayamajhi was appointed as Nepal"s first ambassador to Spain.

Our Mission

The Embassy is dedicated to strengthening the cordial and friendly relations between Nepal and Spain. We aim to foster mutual understanding and cooperation across various sectors, including political, economic, cultural, and educational domains.
