स्पेनबाट नेपाल जाने यात्रुहरुको लागि जानकारी
तत्काल नेपाल जानु पर्ने यात्रुहरुले पालना गर्नु पर्ने नियमहरु देहाय अनुसार भएको व्यहोरा अनुरोध छ।
क) नेपाल सरकारले जारी गरेको स्वास्थ्य प्रोटोकलमा रहने गरी नेपाल जान सकिनेछ।
ख) यात्रा गर्नु अघि कोभिड-१९ संकट व्यवस्थापन केन्द्र (CCMC) को वेभसाईट https://ccmc.gov.np/arms/person_add.php मा गई अनलाईन फारम भरी Submit गरी Barcode सहितको प्रिन्ट गर्ने वा त्यसको स्क्रिनसट आफ्नो मोवाइल डिभाइसमा Save गरी राख्ने र बोर्डिङको समय देखि गन्तव्यमा नपुगुञ्जेल सम्म बिभिन्न ठाउँमा देखाउनु पर्ने हुनसक्ने भएकोले अनिवार्य रुपमा प्रमाण साथमा राख्नु होला।यस्तो प्रमाण साथमा नभएको/ देखाउन नसक्दा कतिपय यात्रु महानुभावहरु समस्यामा पर्नु भएको जानकारी प्राप्त भएको छ।साथै यसलाई एउटै राहदानी नम्वरवाट दुई पटक इन्ट्री गर्न नमिल्ले देखिएको छ।तसर्थ पहिलो पटक इन्ट्री गर्दा होशियारीपूर्वक पेश गरे पछि प्राप्त हुने Barcode सहितको कागजात सुरक्षित राख्नु होला।
ग) स्पेनबाट नेपाल यात्रा गर्नु हुने सवै यात्रुहरुले कोभिडको परिक्षण गरी Swab Collection को समय देखि बोर्डिङको समयसम्म 72 घन्टा भन्दा बढि नहुने गरी RT-PCR (-VE) नेगेटिभ भएको प्रमाण पत्र बोर्डिङ हुने समय देखि गन्तव्यमा पुग्ने समय सम्म बिभिन्न ठाउँमा देखाउनु पर्ने भएकोले प्रमाण साथमा राख्नु हुन समेत अनुरोध गरिन्छ।
घ) बिदेशी नागरिकहरुको लागि Visa on Arrival शुरु नभएको र नेपाल सरकारको पूर्व स्विकृती वेगर यात्रा गर्न नमिल्ने हुनाले नेपाल सरकारको निर्णयानुसार नेपालमा जन्म भई हाल विदेशी राहदानी प्राप्त गरेका गैह्र आवासीय नेपालीहरुहरुलाई राजदूतावासको शिफारिशमा मात्र यात्रा गर्न मिल्ने व्यवस्था गरिएको।
ङ) राजदूतावासले शिफारिस गर्ने आधारहरु अति जरुरी यात्राको लागि मात्र भएको, एकाघरका परिवारका सदस्यको मृत्यु भएको वा गम्भिर स्वास्थ्य भएको कारण अन्तिम अवस्था भई भेटन नगई नहुने भएमा वा आफ्ना नेपाली राहदानीवाहक अविभावकहरुसंग यात्रा गर्नु पर्ने नावालकहरुलाई मात्र यात्रा गर्न शिफारिस गर्न सकिने आधार बिद्यमान भएकोले यात्रा गर्नु पर्ने कारण उल्लेख गरी nembmadrid2017@gmail.com मा इमेल गरी यात्रा गर्ने ब्यक्तिको राहदानी तथा जानु पर्ने कारण उल्लेख गरी त्यसको प्रमाण समेत Scan गरी पठाउन सकिनेछ।सो आधारमा दूतावासले भिषा जारी गर्ने प्रकृया अगाडि बढाउने छ।

Travel Alert for those Traveling to Nepal

Nepali Passport holders may travel to Nepal by following all health protocols.
Concerned travellers are then required to fill up and submit a CCMC form as made it mandatory by the COVID-19 Crisis Management Centre (CCMC) of Nepal. This form can be accessed at :https://ccmc.gov.np/arms/person_add.php
A Bar Code is then generated upon the submission of this form. It is recommended that the concerned traveller either print, or save this Bar Code as they travel to Nepal, as it is likely that you may be required to show this confirmation in your journey back to Nepal.
The Embassy has received information that prior travellers have often face difficulties upon failing to show this document. Because the submission of the form does not allow individuals to submit the same Passport number twice, please ensure that you fill up all details with care as you plan to submit this form and retrieve the Bar Code necessary.
All travellers are required to have a report of swab collection RT-PCR tested Negative. The time of the swab collection should not be more than 72 hours before the traveller’s boarding time for departure. Please ensure that you have this negative test report at all times as it is likely that you will be asked to present this report at different checkpoints, from checking-in through entering Nepal’s immigration, during your journey back.
At this point, Foreign Nationals are not provided a visa upon arrival.
Foreign Nationals of Nepali Origin, however, may be allowed to visit Nepal only in the extreme cases of a Medical Emergency or a Decease in the Family or if a Child with a foreign passport is traveling to Nepal with a parent who is a Nepali citizen.
Considering the individual hoping to travel meets any of this criterion, Foreign Nationals of Nepali Origin will have to email nembmadrid2017@gmail.com clearly explaining their reason to travel to Nepal with sufficient evidence(s), alongside a scan of their passport. The Embassy will initiate a Visa Application upon receiving these documents and evidence(s) that meet the criteria noted above.
