The Embassy of Nepal in Madrid proudly announces the unanimous selection of Her Excellency Dr. Sarmila Parajuli Dhakal as the Dean of the Asia-Pacific Ambassadors in Spain.
Her Excellency Dr. Parajuli received warm congratulations from His Excellency
Mr. Philippe J. Lhuillier, Ambassador of the Philippines to Spain, and 17 other esteemed Ambassadors from the Asia-Pacific region in Spain.
Her Excellency Dr. Parajuli Dhakal delivered a heartfelt farewell speech in honor of His Excellency Mr. Ali Rathore Shujjat, the outgoing Ambassador of Pakistan to Spain on 4th April 2024.
On behalf of the ASPAC Ambassadors in Spain, Dean of ASPAC Ambassadors in Spain Ambassador Dr. Sarmila Parajuli Dhakal presented Ambassador Shujjat with a token of appreciation, recognizing his dedicated service and valuable contributions to diplomatic relations.
